our transcription services to handle your transcription needs.
Our transcription, typing, and disctation services are designed
with your needs in mind, which means you are provided with several
different options for submitting your dictation.
Dictate Over the Phone - This is the quickest
and easiest way to have your information transcribed. Simply dial
into our Toll free dictation line and dictate your report. Your
document will be transcribed and emailed back to you within 24
hours, unless Dialogue Silver or Dialogue Gold service is requested.

Play your tapes over the phone- Transcription
Services allows
you to play your tapes directly over the phone line and into our
system using our custom made micro-cassette recorder and adapter
($49.95). By doing so you retain possessions of your tapes.

Send us your tapes - You can also send your
tapes directly to our office. Our system engineers have designed
a process that enables us to enhance the audio quality of your
tapes to ensure greater transcription quality. Your document will
be emailed back to you within 24 hours of when we receive the tapes,
unless Dialogue Silver or Dialogue Gold service is requested.

Record and upload with talknsend™ - talknsend™ allows
you to record or copy previously recorded audio files directly
onto your computer then upload the audio files to Transcription
Services.

Send us your digital audio files - If you have
digital audio files that need to be transcribed, Transcription
Services can handle those as well. We will set up a private, password
protected FTP site that you can quickly and easily upload your
digital audio files to.

Send us your videotapes - Our Transcription Service
even allow you to send us your videotapes to be transcribed. From
one-on-one interviews to full focus groups, we have the ability
and capacity to type it all.

Utilize Customized Templates - Our Transcription
Services allow you to create customized templates for direct dictation
in your own format.

Retrieve your files online - Your completed jobs are sent back
to you as an email attachment. Alternatively you can access the
website with your account number and pin. You can then view the
text and listen to your audio.
